LATERS, 2015!

Currently lying in bed with a champagne head, debating whether or not I can be bothered to go and make a cuppa. Whilst I decide, I'm gonna do a little round of up of 2015, cos that's the done thing, right?!

I turned 25! And what a smasher it was. I had cupcakes in bed followed by birthday brownies with my bestest, and spent the day at a farm park petting baby animals and feeding goats. Yes I was the oldest one there and no I did not care.

I went to Paris and fell in love with it all over again. Three days of roaming the streets, eating pastries, drinking wine watching the world go by and seeing the sights. It was blissful.

I moved out of my parents house and into a beaut little flat in town with my friend. Never did I think I would choose buying vases and cushions over shoes and bags, but it's getting close... Does that make me an adult?!

After years of wishing I could have long blonde locks and tanned olive skin, I think this year I've actually learnt to embrace the fiery hair and freckles! Hoorah. They say redheads also have fiery tempers but I don't know what they're taking about, ahem.

I braved the ol' jelly legs and stopped being scared of bloody everything. I did things I didn't think I could do (like jumping out of trees) and realised it's actually not that bad when you try new things.

Summer was all about the festivals this year. Mostly with work (oh hey cider bar), but me and my gal donned our headbands and went to Wilderness festival for a weekend of 'wellbeing and tranquility'. By that, I obviously mean wine in plastic cups, glitter and the best macaroni cheese evaaa.

My favourite event of the whole year (and life) has to be becoming an Auntie to the most precious of identical twinnies. Who knew my brother could produce such beautiful babes. I can't wait to see them tottering around and causing chaos in 2016!

Safe to say 2015 has been good to me, with a tonne of amazing memories made with the people I love the most. And well, I ended it by drinking Champagne and dancing to Bryan Adams in the kitchen in my pants. It was wonderful.

Who knows what 2016 will have in store for me but I'm ready for it!
