Everyone loves a wedding, right? And equally, having a nose over other people's wedding snaps, right? Hoping it's not just me, because today's post is a little round up of my best friend's nuptials, a couple of weekends ago.

First of all, ummm how gorge is she?! The gown Elle wore was a beautiful lace number from Australian brand, Made With Love, and she looked absolutely knock out! My bridesmaid frock was a champagne gold, sequinned number with a low cowl back.. I felt like a real life mermaid!

Our shoes were pretty suede and gold glitter sandals from good old Dorothy Perkins, but enough about those... can we just appreciate that perfect marble floor?!

It was over in a complete flash, in a haze of hairspray, hairbrush microphones, soppy letters and tequila shots. Is it just me who can't control the tears at a wedding though? Dreading those ugly crying bridesmaid pictures coming out!

Safe to say my frock is still hanging from my window, glistening when the sun hits it. Dreamy!

Hola Chicas! Guess who's back, back again...

So I had a bit of a mare with my blog which is a) very boring and b) very technical, so I won't dwell, but I'm excited to be back up and running, all thanks to the office IT man- what a babe!

Thought I'd kick things back off with a little outfit post (I was so tempted to say 'cheeky' outfit post but that reminded me of 'cheeky Nandos' and I nearly vommed). I'm finding it tricky to dress for this bloody weather at the moment, am I the only one? Jeans and jumpers have basically been my go-to, so perhaps it's actually a good thing that I've stayed away from the camera recently!!

A jazzy jumper and sassy shoe combo definitely make all the difference though, don't cha think? This New Look jumper has a gingham shirt sewn in, and gets my vote for being super slouchy and comfy. Not actually sure if it's supposed to be worn as a little mini dress, but my pasty pins aren't ready for that just yet! Also obsessed with fishnet socks and loafers/sandals at the mo, thanks to the babe that is Megan Ellaby. Mums and anyone over the age of about 30 don't get it though, kind of like the really original 'did you buy them like that' comment that dads make about ripped jeans! Gotta love 'em.

Hope you all have a fab weekend, I'm bridesmaid at my best friends wedding so expect wedding spam over on my Instagram! @jessiemaywilson

Okay gals, I'm back, I'm bored with my hair, and I need your help.

For about a month now I've been scrolling through Pinterest swooning over all of the gorgeous tousled bobs that seem to be everywhere at the mo. Now, I've had short hair before (we're talking really short with a DIY undercut. Yep.) and I've taken literally years to grow it out to a decent length, but now that it's long I want it to be short. Ahhh why are girls so annoying ha ha.

I still want it long enough to tie up, as we all know I love me a low bun for work,  so there's no risk of me going back to the afore mentioned 2009 DIY jobby. But I'm pretty scared that my face is too round (chubby) to pull it off, and if I could be bothered to style it every morning (I'm a chuck-it-up-and-go kinda gal usually). But should I just go for it? Hair grows, right? RIGHT?!

Let me know whatcha think!

The sun isn't bringing us many summer vibes sooo I thought I'd create my own, alas, the clashiest, summeriest outfit its born (yep I just made 'clashiest' up but you know what I mean). My bestie has just got engaged, hence the champers... this wasn't just a standard Tuesday night, promise!!

I'm not usually one to follow the rules, it has been known. I think that's down to my redheaded stubbornness, or atleast that's what I like to blame it on. Fashion 'rules' are no exception, with my all time fave combo being navy and black. I just loooove the Parisian vibe it gives off. This colour combo right here is a little bit more risky, but that's what I love about it.

A pretty girly outfit from me, but the added All Saints leather calmed be down when I was about to start picking daisies and singing Bieber... because that's what proper girls do, right?!

Jacket: All Saints, Shirt: Zara, Jeans: Primark, Shoes: Topshop, Sunglasses: Quay Australia

This actually reminded me of a time where I told my work pals that I don't really like the colour pink, only to sort out my jumpers and find seven pink numbers stashed away! Who am I kidding...

What's your fave colour combo? I'd love to know your thoughts on this one!
